Secure in his manliness

Thankfully, Ben has no issues when his mommy grabs for the nearest bib and sometimes it happens to be a flowery, pink bib complete with a lacy collar! Poor kid. =)

Sleeping update: Since starting Ben on cereal 2 1/2 weeks ago we have seen fast and big improvements. As my hunch had been, apparently Ben was a hungry little boy and just wasn't getting enough from my milk to last him through the night. We now do cereal three times a day and Ben is down to only one nursing during a 10-10 1/2 hour night of sleep. He occasionally still wakes up one or two additional times toward the beginning of the night, but it is obvious he is not hungry at those times (no rooting) and he quickly goes back to sleep. I'm sure those extra wakings will disappear soon and might just be leftovers from him being used to waking up so often. For now, I'm not going to push him on getting rid of the last feeding - I'm just happy to only be nursing one time at night! Hurray!

The girls are always putting pink blankets on Remi. Of course our boys won't mind for another 10 years or so and they see the pictures.

Nursing at night is hard work and very tiring. I have no recollection of what it feels like to sleep all night long. I long for it!

Yay! I am so glad to hear that Ben is sleeping better! I hope it makes a big difference and that you begin to get the rest you need. Have two young kids is so difficult! Praying for you. :)
