Update on Baby Jamin

Thank you to all who have been praying! After many complications, including multiple crashes and a hole found in Jamin's heart, Jamin is now doing much better. He is now back to about the place he was when he was admitted, before the major crises of the last few days. For the first time, the doctors are hopeful and are happy with his progress! They have slowly been able to reduce Jamin's oxygen levels (he'd been at 100% for days) and hope to eventually get him down to 20-30%. He was given his mother's breastmilk for the first time yesterday, via a feeding tube. Today, they took out one of his chest tubes and put him on a different ventilator that allows him to breath more on his own. Since Jamin is now stabilized and continues to improve, the major concern at this point is recovery. There is fear that his brain was affected during the several times that he went without oxygen.
