I've been told that when they have their hands above their heads like that (when eating/sleeping) it's because they are content and comfortable (feel safe) So, good job mama ;)
Emma did this all the time too as a baby. My Dr. said it was most likely because she had her arm above her head during the last weeks of pregnancy and it is a comfortable position for her. Whatever the reason, it is pretty funny to see.
