Just wanted to spread the word along about a way to recycle your old Christmas lights. We are planning on going to the Point Defiance Zoo Lights this weekend (they extended it this year because of all the snow near Christmastime) and I was looking at their website and found
this info about their drive to recycle Christmas lights. I think it's a great idea! I had no idea that Christmas lights were even recyclable, and who wouldn't want to help out the zoo at the same time? It's too bad I didn't know about this earlier because we threw out a bunch of dud lights when we were putting them up. =( Anyway, I realize some of you don't live in the South Sound area, so if you've heard of other places to recycle your lights in your area please post the information for everyone else to read!
