God is Good!
Things are financially tight for us right now, with Kevin not having found a job for the winter months. But three things happened today that are a nice reminder of God's provision in our lives. First, this morning I got a free Radio Flyer trike from another mom at my MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group. Abby will have so much fun riding it this coming summer - she was already eyeing it in the car and wanting to check it out! =) Second, a few hours ago a friend from church offered to pass along all her baby boy clothes to us - what a blessing not to have to spend money on getting boy clothes for the coming baby! Third, I just received an email from Moody Bible Institute saying that the correspondence course I ordered last week came under their fall sale event and I will be receiving a $250 refund! God is good!

God is good! Isn't it exciting to see Him work?!? How wonderful He provides so many things...even down to a trike! Praise the Lord!

You might be surprised that abby will really enjoy that trike sooner! I think Coleson was her age about when we was very interested in the trike at The Leaman's summer playdates :) He loved sitting on it! Nonetheless...how neat!
Found it! I had the site written down with an "@" between the ksmarks and blogspot, instead of the "." so now I'm good, and I'm glad to see more recent pics and hear more of your life! Praise the Lord for the things he does like the clothes, trike and refund! Mine was yesterday, where I've gotten some recent work done on the engine of my car and then it was spewing oil, so the guys said they would look at it for free... and fixed it for $87 including a 1/2 hour labor and some parts. I think I might make them cookies to show my appreciation!!
These kinds of things are SO encouraging.
