Little Helper

Ben loves to "help" with the laundry. Whenever I bring a basketful of clean clothes into the living room, he excitedly crawls right over to help. So far he's only been able to manage step one: take clothes out of basket.

And, of course, he's added his own step: suck on clothes before pulling them out and get Mommy's nice, clean clothes all slobbery and wet.

But Mommy doesn't really mind so much since her little helper is so darn cute.

One evening I'd turned my back for a few moments and Ben crawled right into a fresh batch of laundry I'd just set down on the floor. He had the time of his life rocking back and forth in the basket, throwing the socks and washcloths all over the floor!

what's funny is just last week or so I had the very same post in mind with Tate. I have a little "helper" too ...very much like yours ;) now Coleson, he actually IS a helper. He is great at putting clothes away in the drawers! (his and Tates underwear/socks and our underwear/socks)
