We went over to my parents' house for dinner and then walked down to the high school to let the kids run around and play. We were glad we brought jackets since it was downright chilly with the cold, strong wind and we were amazed to remember it had been 80 degrees the previous day! The kids started off with a lap each (Ben was tailing pretty far behind - wearing boots didn't help!). Abby was pleased to find a number 3.
Then they found a large tire in the field and wanted to inspect it. I decided it was a good spot for a quick
photoshoot. :)
(Yes, even at 2-years-old Ben still slobbers like a dog!)
Abby finished with another lap and Ben decided to push the double stroller (my mom's) all the way around the track! Needless to say, they were tired out and I didn't hear much conversation coming from their room after I put them to bed. :)
