This was Abby's second year getting to be a part of our church's Sunday school Christmas program. Although I was hoping she would do even better the second time around, she didn't. While most of the preschoolers sang their hearts out to "Away in the Manger" and did all the hand motions, Abby never opened her mouth, looked pretty close to tears, and only once made a
very small manger with her hands. When I asked her later why she didn't sing, she told me she was too tired. I didn't get a picture of it this year, because I was busy videotaping Abby just standing there. :o)
But between Sunday school and the regular service we had some extra time, so we snapped a few pictures in all our Christmas Sunday finery.
When it came time for me to sing with the choir during the church service, I sang my heart out...even though I was quite tired too. :o)

Cute family picture.
Mandy was sick and we couldn't attend our church's program. Later her teacher said that none of the 2-3 class sang at all and it was just the teachers. They missed Mandy because they thought she would sing loudly like she does in Sunday School. I'm not sure though, she could have clammed up. You never know at this age. But they sure are cute!
