I mentioned before that she didn't like the walker as much as the other kids, but she did enjoy the access it gave her to drawers and cupboards. ;)
It was about this stage that Lizzy really began to be a lot of fun for the kids and could actually play and interact at a higher level.
This was her first tea party with Abby. She loved it and seemed to completely understand how to pretend to play. Abby and Lizzy have had countless tea parties since then! In fact, sometimes when Lizzy is fussy, I ask Abby to help distract her (for instance, while I'm making dinner) and Abby will say, "Lizzy! You want to go play tea party?" and Lizzy will run (er, crawl at this stage!) over to Abby right away and sit right down (usually on a blanket Abby spread) for a tea party. So sweet!
Although the kids enjoy me reading to them the best, Abby is so good now that the boys often ask her to read them a book.
