Tuna Boxes

About a year ago, the local cannery changed the boxes they put our canned tuna in. The new boxes no longer fit inside the mailing box we use to ship them out, so we always have tons of extra boxes around. The boys love them...and I hate them. :) They have so much fun building things with them and stacking them (they remind me of those cardboard brick boxes that day-cares and such have), but all is it takes is about three seconds for them to knock the whole stack down at the end of the hallway...and takes them about ten MINUTES to stack them back up. :oP

In the picture above, I am standing in my bedroom and basically cannot get out until the boxes get cleaned up...you can see why these boxes annoy me (not to mention, who likes a wall of boxes at the end of their hallway to go with [or not go with] the decor?!). But I have to admit that the boxes have brought hours and hours of fun for the boys and they look pretty cute doing it, so for now I will put up with it. :)

PS) If anyone wants any tuna boxes for their kids, we've got tons more where these came from! ;o)
PPS) I cannot believe the Discovery Kids Eco Friendly Cardboard Building Blocks - Assorted Colors
sell for $22 for 12 boxes on Amazon! My word, I think I appreciate these boxes more now! ;o)

This is adorable! I love the hard hats to go along with the serious construction work :)
