My mom mentioned that she was going to get a hair cut. Abby asked her, "Why are you getting a hair cut?" My mom replied, "Because my hair is just too long for an old lady like me." Abby questioned, "Why do you want a hair cut to look like a new lady?"
After coming in from the snow, Abby said, "I think I need some hot chocolate to cool me down." I corrected, "You mean to warm you up?" She answered, "Yeah, or maybe some hot apple cider that I really like even though I've never tried it."
After passing some gas, Abby said, "Sometimes when I toot, it feels like a ball bouncing around in my underwear!"
I walked into the bathroom and saw that Abby had buttoned the back of her pajama shirt by herself. I praised her for doing such a hard job by herself. She told me, "I was having a hard time, so I came in here to the bathroom so I could see it in the mirror. But I couldn’t see it very well because my face was on the wrong side of my head!"
