Fall Leaf Craft

This is a fun fall craft that you might want to try with your own kids since the fallen leaves are plentiful right now! We saw the idea in our Family Fun magazine. Several days previous we'd gone for a walk and the kids collected a bagful of colorful leaves. After they dried, we crushed them into tiny pieces. Then the kids made a glue design on colored construction paper (you can draw in pencil for the younger crowd to trace with the glue). Lastly, they sprinkled the crushed leaves onto the glue and then we shook any excess off. They loved it!

We did the same thing. The girls had the most fun hunting for different colored leaves in the yard. But then, Everly didn't want to crumble them and wanted to use them whole-so our pictures didn't come out too clearly but the girls had fun.
