Three Years Later

I'm trying to remember why we didn't take our traditional fall picture in front of our Ginkgo tree last year. I think it was simply a matter of not getting around to it before the leaves fell off. So, when we had that big wind storm a few nights ago, I decided we had to take our family picture the next day before the leaves were gone again!

I'm sad that we didn't get that 2009 picture - it's kind of funny seeing Ben just pop up in the progression as a little boy and not have the year when he was a baby. Oh well, that's life. Hopefully we'll keep up the tradition better and get the next baby in the picture in Fall 2011. :)

Update: Tanya's comment got me thinking...I was three months along with Ben in that 2008 picture (which does show my tummy :), so I guess in some sense he did make it in twice.
