That said, I am still committed to it. I need to be. Because all those Creative Memories scrap book materials collecting dust in my closest are never going to morph into baby books. And all my pretty journals sitting in stacks with blank pages are never going turn into special diary keepsakes. It's just reality. I admit it. Blogging is the easiest way for me to chronicle our family's memories during these most precious years of raising little ones, and I need to stick with it. Burnout or not.
But before I play catch up (because, I really don't have time to today), here are few pictures from this lovely spring afternoon. A bit chilly, but gloriously beautiful! And Ben decided it was a perfect day to fly the remote control helicopter I'd given him and Kevin for Christmas. :)
Abby climbed up in the tree and asked me to take a picture:
Then she never wanted to get down and even pretended to take a nap. Silly girl! :)
This guy thinks he is so big and always has to keep up with older sister and brother! (And he gives me a heart attack sometimes!)
Abby got a few turns with the helicopter before we walked back to the house. I quickly snapped a few pictures of some spring happenings in our front yard before we headed in for naptime. I love this time of the year!

Oh man, everyone is posting pictures of flowers and beautiful green grass, and here there is snow in the forecast for tomorrow, and the flowers are definitely not out yet. I'm glad you are enjoying your spring-I just hope we get one over here eventually!
Abby is so pretty! Can't believe how fast time flies. :)
Ican kind of relate to Leah. Everyone's gardens in the NW are looking so pretty, and here we are in a drought and it hasn't even gotten hot yet! I can take pictures of dirt and dead grass....
I relate... blogging is tough to maintain. I'm coming up on 8 years and while I still enjoy blogging, I think facebook has taken the place of sharing for many people. Thanks for keeping it up, I enjoy your blog.
I enjoy your blog too!:) Is this the same tree that has been in photos for the last few years?
Yes, Shauna, it's the same tree!
