Abby and I have been greatly enjoying the warmer and drier weather lately. For the last five days in a row we've been able to take afternoon walks around the neighborhood and our park next door. It has been so much fun to get out of the house and look for signs of spring. Abby is usually pretty quiet the whole time and doesn't even smile unless I get in front of the stroller and give her a big smile. But I'm pretty sure she is enjoying herself and is just too distracted to "talk" or smile because she's busy taking the whole world in. She also doesn't move much, but that's mostly due to her constricting snowsuit I put her in - it's easier than trying to keep blankets around her and, plus, she looks so darn cute in it! We call her the "Marshmallow Girl." =)
Although Abby is much too young to notice, I've been excited to see blooming crocuses, daffodil and tulip bulbs pushing through the soil, buds on most of the trees, and, of course, my very own snowbells that grace our front sidewalk. The first couple months were hard with Abby, but now that winter is beginning to fade and Abby has grown into an adorable and fun almost 4-month-old, life has become an enjoyable again. I'm looking forward to the full arrival of spring and to new experiences with my precious girl!

Yay!!! Welcome to the blogging world! I pretty much only keep our blog up and have just about given up on the other sites. I look forward to your posts! I'll add you to my page, too.
That is the cutest marshmellow I've ever seen! I agree, it much easier to keep 'em warm w/o blankets :)
Yes, enjoy the time with her as it go by fast.
